1 General Provisions

1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, games, promotions, and content made available by jiliorg through jiliorg.net and any associated mobile interfaces.

1.2 jiliorg reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon being posted on jiliorg.net. Your continued use of the platform after any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.3 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific rules, terms, or conditions applicable to a particular game, promotion, or service, the specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game, promotion, or service only.

1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between any translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

1.5 jiliorg operates as an online gaming platform serving the Philippines market. All operations are conducted in accordance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming activities.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use jiliorg. This requirement is strictly enforced in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming. By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. jiliorg's services are intended for players located within the Philippines. Players accessing jiliorg from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with local laws. jiliorg makes no representation that its services are appropriate or lawfully available outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information whenever it changes. jiliorg reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if any information is found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading.

2.4 One Account Rule. Each player may maintain only one (1) active jiliorg account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jiliorg reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses and winnings, and retain any deposits held in duplicate accounts.

2.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your jiliorg account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make your account available to any third party. Any such transfer shall render the account subject to immediate termination.

3 Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliorg account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.

3.2 You must notify jiliorg's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your login credentials.

3.3 jiliorg will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this section, including losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account facilitated by your own negligence.

3.4 jiliorg employs 256-bit SSL encryption and may require SMS OTP verification for login, withdrawals, and other sensitive account actions. You agree to keep your registered mobile number current and to complete any security verifications requested by jiliorg.

3.5 jiliorg staff will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 jiliorg accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Supported methods and minimum deposit amounts are subject to change; refer to the jiliorg cashier page for the most current information.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. jiliorg does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees.

4.3 All deposits are made in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise explicitly stated. Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

4.4 jiliorg reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

4.5 Deposit funds are credited to your jiliorg wallet only after the transaction has been successfully confirmed by the relevant payment provider. jiliorg is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.6 You warrant that all funds deposited into your jiliorg account are sourced from legitimate means and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Depositing funds obtained from criminal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

5 Withdrawals & KYC Verification

5.1 KYC Requirement. Before jiliorg processes your first withdrawal request, you are required to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC"). This process requires you to submit a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, or UMID card) and proof of the payment method used for your deposit.

5.2 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of submission, subject to KYC clearance and any applicable security reviews. jiliorg targets same-day processing for GCash and Maya withdrawals where possible.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 or as otherwise specified in the cashier section of your jiliorg account.

5.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. jiliorg reserves the right to require withdrawals to be made to a verified bank account in cases where the original payment method cannot accept refunds.

5.5 Right to Withhold. jiliorg reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. You will be notified of any hold placed on your funds within a reasonable timeframe.

5.6 Unclaimed Balances. Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity review. jiliorg will make reasonable efforts to contact you prior to any administrative action on dormant account balances.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 jiliorg offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, maximum bet limits, and eligible games.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses, hedging bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided. Their account may be terminated.

6.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. Unless stated otherwise, the maximum permitted bet while bonus funds are active is ₱500 per spin or hand. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any resulting winnings.

6.5 jiliorg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected players through the jiliorg platform or registered email address.

6.6 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed.

7 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

7.1 All games offered on jiliorg.net use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics conducted in real-time. Game outcomes are governed by the individual rules of each game.

7.2 In the event of a technical failure, system error, or network interruption during a game round, jiliorg will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be refunded to your jiliorg account balance.

7.3 jiliorg reserves the right to void any game result or wager that has been materially affected by a software error, data feed failure, or human error on the part of a live dealer or studio operator.

7.4 Players must ensure they have a stable internet connection when participating in live dealer games. jiliorg is not responsible for losses incurred due to disconnection on the player's end during an active game round.

7.5 Sports betting markets and odds at jiliorg are subject to change up to the commencement of the relevant event. Bets placed on markets that have been suspended or voided will be refunded at the original stake.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliorg platform and may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating multiple accounts (whether in the same name or different names);
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jiliorg games or systems;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play against jiliorg or other players;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to launder money or deposit funds derived from criminal activity through jiliorg;
• Using another person's payment method or identity to fund or operate a jiliorg account;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jiliorg staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other channel;
• Attempting to circumvent jiliorg's responsible gaming or self-exclusion systems;
• Any other conduct that jiliorg reasonably determines to be fraudulent, harmful, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on jiliorg.net — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and trade names — is the exclusive property of jiliorg or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use jiliorg.net solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jiliorg content.

9.3 Any unauthorized use of jiliorg's intellectual property — including scraping, data mining, reverse engineering, or reproducing any part of jiliorg.net — is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.

11.3 jiliorg shall not be liable for any losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, cybersecurity incidents, or failures of third-party payment providers.

11.4 In all cases, jiliorg's aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliorg account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

12.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of jiliorg shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

12.3 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
